BRU Completion Coupon ?

I just got mine in the mail yesterday. I know it says you can only use it during on day, and that you can use it in-store or online, but can you use it online AND in-store? Some things I still want are only available online and some are only available in-store. I called the customer service number on the coupon, but the lady was completely clueless.

See, that's what I assumed seemed most logical, but the clueless customer service lady told me the opposite!
