This Morning's 38 Wk. Appt. - Not Having Baby, Having Cow!

For weeks, I've been wishing LO would hurry up and get here.  Now, with every update from the doctor, I freak out more and more.  Lol.  Just had my weekly appt. and according to the doctor, he is "crazy low."  She said "whoa" during my internal and I almost fell off the table.  I asked about station (yay, finally remembered) and she laughed, said 0 or +1.  I am 70% effaced and she said we may have a baby "within the week."  WHAT???  I'm ready in terms of having things done but I am totally freaking out mentally now. 

Anyone else have an appt. today?
