DH and I are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate our 2nd anniversary that is on Monday. We are going to an awesome steakhouse that also has sushi. Gosh I LOVE and MISS sushi so much! Here is the roll that I want:
Ice Roll - Cream Cheese, Crab, Avocado, Asparagus, Wasabi Topped with Sliced Filet Mignon & Eel Sauce - 12.95
**Would the crab in this be okay to eat or no??? How about the eel sauce? What do you think?
Re: Sushi question for tonight: Help please:
In my opinion I think you are completely fine. You could even have a tuna or salmon roll and your baby will be as healthy as can be. It's not like you are eating raw fish every day. That roll sound delicious!
Enjoy your night out! SO jealous you get to have sushi tonight, yum!
Is it real crab or just those crab sticks? The crab sticks are fine. Actually, I think even if it were real crab, it would be cooked, but you can just ask.
After reading about how seafood is collected (like shrimp) I WOULD NOT EAT IT RAW. Yuuuck.
That said, I eat cooked crab legs all the time from a reputable source. And I think most fish/shrimp/crab is safe as long as its well cooked.
I wouldn't do it if its raw. My Doc said absolutely no sushi, but I've had it once, with the cooked type of eel.
