losing mucus plug?

around when would this happen? i know im prbly still a while out but im curious...and i had a dream last night i lost mine. it was really strange. but what dreams arent strange right now?! lol.

I had a dream my water broke....I think usually after 35 weeks is what I read....but I could have just made that up in my head who knows

It can happen once you start to dilate. For some women, this happens early and their MP regenerates. For others, it doesn't happen until you go into labor.

I starting loosing some of my mucus this morning, but think it's just the beginning.  Research indicated that people often loose some mucus and then replug and reloose the mucas again if you notice it early in the 3rd trimester.  It may indicate that you will go into labor soon... but it could be days or weeks before you go!

Some people lose their weeks before labor, some lose theirs right before labor and some don't lose it at all.  Everyone is different.

My nice L&D nurse this weekend told me it's not a good indicator of impending labor. She said not even to worry about it. So I'm trying not to, but still I would like to feel like things are starting to happen.
