I just had my first snissing experience. I swear I've been doing my Kegels!

Have you snissed yet? How far along were you the first time? I thought I had a few more months before this started!

    Ugh, I have definitely snissed a few times.  The first time was pretty early on too...maybe around where you are now.  It's not pleasant.  Luckily, only a little pee has come out when it happened to me.

    I haven't, but I kept having a problem with a little "after-pee." I finally realized that I need to sit on the toilet an extra 30 seconds after I pee, and pee a little more, preferably while leaning forward. Good times.

    I was fairly far along when I snissed with DD. I just laughed and laughed because I thought it was a pregnancy urban legend! LOL

    I still haven't yet with this pregnancy. *knock on wood!*

    I have been snissing, way too much.  No idea when it started but it was early.  Also cough/pee and barf/pee. I don't think kegels really help to be honest.  I did/do them and still sniss, but in my defense my vag has already pushed out a 9lb baby.

    I did at 17 weeks!  I have been doing my Kegels every since and it has gotten better.  Keep squeezing!

    I have a few times now.... and i am just about a week ahead of you! Plus im doing my kegals!! I have done it when I snezze, puke and now that I have a cold when I cough really hard! It sucks!!!  Embarrassed
