I just discovered that one of my (electronic) project folders is missing. Which means I can't work on said project, and there is a ton of info in there I NEED - some of which I need NOW because I have a deadline on Tuesday at noon.

I talked to our IT person, and she said there is someone in our group who likes to delete project folders right before holidays because they think it is funny.  She knows who it is. And she said management can't do anything about it because she doesn't have enough proof. (Luckily, they can restore the folder, hopefully by tomorrow).

Well, the folder has been restored, thankfully. Hopefully they will be able to "catch" the douchebag.

Dude, that is just ridiculous!  Can the make it locked so only a couple people have permissions?
