NBR: Website Building Question

Anybody know how to get sparkly/diamond like things to look like they're falling from the top of a website.  A friend wants me to add this to her jewelry site and I have no idea how to do it.

I think it will look stupid, but it's what she wants...

I think it would be  considered a marquee object and set the direction to "down"
