What do you like to bake/ make with your toddler?  I need easy goodie ideas?

I make this simple ice cream cake dessert....so simple - it's embarassing!

 Line a glass baking dish or break loaf pan with ice cream sandwiches.  In a large ziplock bag, put in a bunch of oreos.  Use a meat tendorizor and make them into small peices (or just have your LO crumble them with his/her hands).  In a bowl combine cool whip topping and the crumbled oreos.  I also like to add in some chocolate sauce - but that is optional. Put a layer of the coolwhip/cookie mixture over the ice cream sandwiches.  Then add another layer of ice cream sandwiches on top.  Cover with the remaining cool whip mixture.  Cover and freeze for a few hours.  Cut and serve.

You can do variations with other cookies, fruit flavoring in the cool whip - get creative.  My DC loves this ice cream cake.  You can always make small one's - just use a small tupperware and less ingredients. 

Another one is taking regular vanilla yogurt and adding crushed cookies (like oreos) and putting them in popcycle containers (the kind you use to make your own popcycles) with the handles.  Freeze them.  My friend was just telling me today she makes this with her daughter all the time.  She also adds fruit or uses fruit flavored yogurt.  I have not tried this one yet.  She said her daughter thinks it's ice cream....it's even pretty healthy too!
