I am tired so the only thing I can come up with is..

What was your largest pig out pregnancy moment? Or what do you hide eating from your husband?   

Mine would have to be chips, I can polish off an entire bag of chips. I have almost successfully done this twice. I assumed I was lacking salt.

  • Peanut butter!  I swear I could go through a jar a day....with animal crackers, with ritz crackers, pb&j, with apples....everything is just a vehicle for the peanut butter

    So jealous, I love peanut butter, used to eat it daily before BFP. Now it really doesnt do it for me, makes me sad. Glad you are enjoying it!

    That sounds absolutely delicious, I never thought of that to satisfy a craving. I love tangy so I think cranberry sauce would qualify. I want some now.

  • I totally polished off half a cheesecake in one sitting once. I had just started my zofran and was so happy to be able to eat food again :)

    I also eat fast food a few times a week and sometimes hide it from DH so I dont get a lecture about it.

    I cant get enough cheese. Mac n chese, cheezit w/cream cheese (tastes better than it sounds) . I figure i need the extra calcium.

  • I ate an entire bag of chocolate donettes in about 3 hours.  Sadly I did this at work in the plain view of of all my co-workers.  I didn't care though.  It was the first time in months I actually felt like eating so I enjoyed every bite.
  • umm... i had an entire box of mac and cheese at like 4 this afternooon... and it did not keep me full for very long... and I'm considering eating a.n.o.t.h.e.r. box now.. I'm hungry and that's what I want. 

    I mean, a box of mac and cheese is a lot of mac... but it's also *only* a heaping bowl full.  It's not like it's 2 heaping bowl fulls each time.  But I haven't brought myself to actually boiling water for it yet.  I feel like a fat a$s.  But it's not food that keeps you full for long when you're pregnant, it's not protein or anything.  But still. I can't get my mind off that other box.

  • Probably my very first "craving" was a couple weeks ago and was for queso dip. We went to a restaurant and we got it as an appetizer and I ate it all by myself. Then I made that velveeta (gross!) and salsa queso dip and ate that for like two days. I finally threw the rest out because I was disgusting myself!

    Thats great, I love velvetta mac and cheese. When you get the craving for mac and cheese it doesn't go away. I add extra noodles so that it isn't so cheesy then one box is enough for my honey and I to pig out on. I forced myself to eat a chicken breast along side of my mac. I didnt want it though. I would be boiling that water if it were me.

  • Monday was one big pig out moment... I had potato chips for breakfast, Oreos for lunch, and KFC for dinner.  Shh, don't tell DH.  And I only drank about 8 oz of water.  Embarrassed  Fortunately days like that only happen about once a month!

    This. I specifically like dark chocolate as the vehicle for my peanut butter.

  • Nothing yet.  I can only seem to eat small meals and large snacks these days.  It's like my stomach shrunk, it's weird.

    Oh thank God I'm not the only one!!  I cannot eat near the amounts that I used to.  I also lost over 20lbs since being pregnant! I've been compensating by eating multiple times a day. So, I have more like 5 or 6 small meals, than 3 heaping ones.

  • There's an Italian restaurant that delivers tiramisu and I eat about 3-4 of them a day.  Anything with cream (cheesecake, custard etc.) I just devour.

    Oh, and eggs.  I could eat a dozen eggs a day.  Poached (with REALLY runny yellows) on toast.  YUMMMM!

  • I devour Miss Vickie's Sea Salt and Malt Vinegar chips. Ate a whole bag myself the other day.
  • Nothing really. I can only eat frequent little meals.

    I don't hide eating from DH. He's my snacking buddy.
