Have we had a BOOK post lately?

What are you reading curently or what was the last book you read?  Would you recommend it?

I just finished reading Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger (the woman who wrote The Time Travelers Wife).  It was a decent read.  Not nearly as good as The Time Travelers Wife but good nonetheless.

DS #1 Born 1/3/11 after IVF #1
4 failed IUIs, including 1 CP
PCOS
TTC since 2008

    I just finished Fallen by Lauren Kate and Maze Runner by James Dashner. Both are really good. I just got the kindle and bought The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and the Audrey Neffinger book.

    I just finished "Alex Cross's Trial" by James Patterson and I'm bouncing between 2 books - "I, Alex Cross" also by James Patterson and "Loyalty in Death" by JD Robb.

    Holy crap natural BFP(cycle 20)!!! - Beta#1 10/11 - 185 P-23, Beta #2 10/13 -499.8, P-35.7! Thyroid good at 1.13, Beta #3 10/18 5,854.6 P-30.6; Beta 4 10/25 - 39,500 p4 20
    1st U/S on 10/18 - saw gestational sac! 2nd u/s (10/25) saw a tiny fetus and saw the HB flickering away! 3rd U/S on 11/2 measuring 2 days ahead HB 138! 4th U/S 11/9 - Measured 8w1d - HB 178! released from RE 11/16 U/S - HB 180 everything On track!

    I got a kindle last Christmas and I LOVE it, probably the greatest gift ever.

    I just finished the Shopaholic series (the last one is Shopaholic and Baby) by Sophie Kinsella. They were pretty funny books.

    I just finished Her Fearful Symmetry, too. I agree with your assessment. I'm starting The Year of the Flood by A.S. Byatt tonight. It is a companion book to Oryx and Crake, which I loved.

    I just finished "East of Eden" by Steinbeck for a book club, I really enjoyed it!!!. Reading "The Shadows of Youth" by Andrew Lewis, it's a biography of a few black american youth during and their involvement in the civil rights movement.

    I read The Childrens Book by AS Byatt and it was good, but PossessIon is my favorite by Byatt.

    Black Dagger Brotherhood=Vampire Porn. Most of my coworkers and I have read all of them. I LOVE THEM!
