we're having an office potluck lunch for 60-70 ppl tomorrow. i have my 20w appt tonight at 6:45pm so i won't be home until around 7:30-8ish. any ideas that are quick and easy to make for a lot of ppl?
Home made Mac and Cheese, or green bean casserole. You can also do something in a crock pot, and let it cook over night. I like to do that because then I can take the crock pot to work, and let my dish warm up.
I just made the Knorr spinach dip recipe that's on the back of the vegetable recipe mix envelope--super easy to make--took about 10 minutes total and doesn't need to be heated up.
FYI we used craisins and it was perfect ALSO don't add dressing to salad if it is going to be sitting out, it will wilt. Just had it to the side for people to add when fixing.
Re: NBR: Office Potluck
Crockpot of meatballs. Frozen just put in sauce.
Buffalo chicken dip in crockpot
Cheesy sausage dip in crockpot.

for the love of God no string bean casserole!
I vote salad of some sort....be it fruit, pasta, or tossed. My mom made this one last night for a dinner we catered and it was GREAT!

Do you want something hot? Are you OK with buying it?
I think I'd just do fruit or veggie platter....quick, easy and at least 1 healthy thing for pregnant people will be there!
