Anyone have a cyst removed during pregnancy?

The pain where my cyst is has become perpetual.  I always feel it and when I twist or bend, it's nearly unbearable.  I'm wondering if it going to have to be removed and if anyone here has had that happen?  I'm wondering how bad it has to be to opt for removal during pregnancy.

    I didn't have one removed during pregnancy, but they did remove it during my c/s.  The pregnancy actually helped the cyst to shrink in size.
