Any Georgian Bumpies?

I may be getting a job in Alpharetta (Yay for FINALLY getting a job - Boo for moving away from family for at least 5 yrs while we are hoping to have babies).  Just wondering if anyone knows that area and can tell me a little bit about it.  My husband plays pool/billiards competitively and also plays mens softball, other than that we dont have a ton of outdoor hobbies.

    Hi! I mostly lurk here, but I'm in Smyrna and may also be getting a job in Alpharetta!  I moved to Atlanta 4 years ago...I don't know much about Alpharetta though, as I have worked/gone to school mostly in Atlanta. Feel free to PM if you have any more questions.
