Hi my name is Bethany and I am 31 weeks pregnant. I have always been into fitness and taking care of my body. Before I was pregnant I ran regularly, weight trained and participated in Bikram (hot) yoga. So, the most difficult part of being pregnant for me has been the drastic changes to my workout routine. I have been thinking how great it would have been to have a Group pregnancy fitness class where pregnant women could meet and do workouts specifically for their pregnant bodies.
Does anyone else think this would be something they would participate in??? I am considering putting something together for DFW pregnant women after my lil one arrives
