So i was wondering  about how long before you have baby do you start to lactate? My doctor says I can go at any time now and i found this morning that i have milk coming out a little... could that mean labor is just around the corner?

Your body starts making colstrum in your 5th month of pregnancy.  Your milk doesn't come in until 3-5 days after delivery.  I have been leaking since around week 28.
