Not sure how many of you ladies have taken any prenatal yoga classes - I just started last week and I've been really thrilled with the results and wanted to share. I am a complete beginner and never had taken yoga before. And I'm definitely not a "crunchy granola feel your core" kind of girl.
But, I've found the classes to be very relaxing and it feels so good to stretch everything out. It's helped my sciatic nerve, back pain, tightness in stomach. Try it out!

I agree. It's really awesome. In addition to amazing stretch it helps me to focus on my breathing and on my little boy inside. It's really cool b/c he's a very resistant baby, if anything pushes against my belly he pushes back, so in Yoga it's like he's doing it with me.
