How do you tag one of your friend's in your status?  Like make them clicky?

I'm pretty sure it's like twitter and you do the @ symbol before their name.

I was wondering this earlier today and didn't figure it out.  I thought you had to put "@" before their name but when I did it, it didn't work.

I believe it is @So and So .. like @Fred Savage or @Anthony Michael Hall or whatever.

And, I'm assuming  you need to type their name exactly as it is on their FB page?   Like first middle last?

yes, but as you start typing their name, it brings up everyone who fits those letters - so it's easy to do.
