NBR: Jersey Shore

As much as I can't stand thinking the rest of the country believes that the people on this show are representative of NJ (only ONE person in the house is actually from NJ), I can't help but be completely excited that it's on tonight. It's like a train wreck...can't take your eyes away! Anyone else in on this guilty pleasure?

As a Jersey shore native, I LOVE IT! It's so absurd and nutty and I can't take my eyes off of it!

I'm with you!! I am from RI, but moved to NJ 5 years ago - and hate the stereotype that we have for living here (due to shows like this) - but the show is so ridiculous that it's entertaining and DH and I are totally obsessed at this point!

I boycotted it for about a minute, but once I realized what a joke it really was, I couldn't stop watching it. I cannot stop laughing everytime someone calls Snookie "Snickas" hahahahahaha

DH and I watch it!

I struggle with trying to figure out how they can be sooo family oriented, yet SO self-absorbed. I just can't put two and two together. lol.

My friend is from Jersey and refuses to watch the show. I keep trying to tell her it's basically a knock off of Real World. No one watched Real World DC and suddenly thinks their behavior is a reflection of DC. These people aren't from Jersey...they just happen to be placed in a house in the Jersey Shore.

That being said - I love the show and think it's hilarious!!
