Now, I have always said I wanted twins (yes, you can flame me later), but could it be possible I will get my wish?

I just got my blood levels back and my hCG was at 114, 477, which put up some red flags for my doctor.  She wants me to have an ultrasound on the 22nd.  I asked the nurse if she was looking for two.  She said "Well, she didn't say that...."  She asked if I could have my dates wrong.  I said no way, I charted and I think I am pretty good at it.  Not to mention, I got a pretty dark line on 10 DPO (and a "Pregnant" on a digital).

Just breathe.

Haha, who could flame you for wanting two little babies!? We had a moment where there seemed a possibility for twins and despite the fact that it is more to love I had a panic attack wondering how we would afford it, realizing I would have to quit my job, etc. We only have one bambino, thankfully but I know we would have worked it out and been thrilled.  You will too! Good luck and let us know! :-)

what dpo were your Hcg results?  Check out betabase.info for real beta numbers of single and twin pregnancies. 

mine were 12dpiui (11dpo) - 89, 14dpiui (13dpo) - 176 and I'm having 2.

hope you get your wish!  it was our wish too, and our big wish is that it's boy/girl, but we're not holding our breath too long for that one!!

I think the "freaking out on" was because she had sex when she knew multiples were likely to happen (due to medication, not natural occurrence). I could be remembering a different person.

I won't flame you.  We're hoping for twins too.  We've always wanted a big family and figure we might as well start it off with a bang.  Good luck for a H&H 9mos. whether with one or two.

Congratulations on your twins!  I won't flame you.    I do have the say, that I would be shaking in my shoes, but that's just because I have a son who will be 13 months old once our newest lo gets here, and I really don't want three babies under the age of 2.  Good for you though!
