It's so weird! Does anyone else feel your uterus constantly spasming? It doesn't hurt, just feels like lots of butterflies way down low in my abdomen. I also keep having a straining feeling when I stand after sitting for awhile. It feels like a pulled groin muscle but usually goes away after about a minute of standing. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Re: Uterus spasms?
I'm glad it's normal! I get that same pain if I stretch while laying down too. Very weird.
Yes! The past two mornings when I get out of bed my lower abdomen feels like I have a pulled muscle or something. It's hard to explain. Today not only was it my lower abs but also my lower back. But it goes away after I've been up and moving around for a little while.
It's not painful...just annoying. I've been drinking plenty of water, but my mom suggested eating more bananas to try to help it.
I would try that but I hate bananas! I've noticed it in my lower back too but I just thought it was from standing at work all day. But now that you mention it, I would always notice the lower back pains at the same time as the lower abdomen ones.
DH says it's probably just my body making room for our little peanut! My hips and pelvic area have been achy for the past couple of days...I thought it was too soon for that to be starting already, but I suppose our bodies know what they're doing! lol

They sure are!
We go for our first u/s on the 21st and we'll get a more accurate EDD then. My AF is a little irregular so I'm anxious to find out where we're measuring!
The sharp pain that you get with swift movements is round ligament pain.
And ditto eating bananas! I would get terrible leg cramps at night wtih DD. So bad that I actually limped the entire week of Christmas (I was about 28 weeks then).
Steal my kids picture or pretend they are yours, I will find where you live and ship all of their dirty diapers to your doorstep. Promise.
