Are you breastfeeding? Once she started sleeping better at night and I should have been decent, I suddenly felt exhausted and ended up getting mastitis. I hope this is not the case for you, but just be on the lookout if you are bf.
I also find that now when I am expecting to get more sleep, if she wakes up an extra time it hits me hard. It is like you didn't expect to sleep anyway at first so it didn't bother you as much.

I am but not exclusively and am weaning this week.

this.. imo.
Also, if you're working, that just takes a lot out of you too. I'm EXHAUSTED all the time and she only gets up once. But it's between 12 and 2, and I go to bed at 11 and get up at 5, so I'm often running on 3 hours of sleep. Like today. It blows.

This is pretty much my schedule except I wake up at 6.
Re: Riddle me this: why am I so flippin' tired?
For me, it has a lot to do with the lack of sun, but I don't know where you live!
When it's dark all day, I just want to sleep.

All I want to do is sleep. DD slept through the night for 1 week+ now, but I am exhausted, all day, every day.
(I am dealing with PPD, though...I really hope you are not!)
