1. Why do we care about someone changing their kid's name? Why is that strange. You think of a name before you even see the baby and if you don't like it you only get a day or two to think of a new one. I still think of names we should have chosen or thinks she looks like an Elyse or Caroline or Grace. It's a big decision.
2. Why is calling your child an @$$ and telling her to shut the eff up ok if you have PPD and how do we know that the woman who called her kid a whore didn't have PPD? If one is excusable why isn't the other? I think both are equally bad.
3. Why do we care what other people call their kids? It's ok to say it ain't your style but to actually give a damn. I could see if she called your kid a fata$$.
Oh well, back into the shadows I go.
Re: I guess I'm just confused.
Proud mama to a boys- 6/17/09 - a girl 2/23/11- and a boy 8/20/12
this
I agree.
I agree with this. I think they both suck.
I'm ok with an opinion or even an occasional snarky remark, but the judging of other people's ideas, beliefs, lifestyles, parenting skills, and general worth is a bit irritating. Why can't we just say I wouldn't do it or not my style? Why do we have to berate and start feeling sorry for DH's and kids?
LOL-that was total P&R
