xpost---heartbeat at or before 6w2d?

I have my first ultrasound scheduled for the 18th and I'll be 6w2d.  I know there is a possibility we will not see a heartbeat that early, but curious about your experiences?

I'm seeing my parents the next day and would love to see a heartbeat before I tell them!

saw one at 6 weeks 1 day!  but she also said that because the baby was positioned in the middle of my uterus that that was the main reason we could see it so clearly.  i'm sure it will be great! keep us posted!

yes, I heard our LO's right at 6 weeks! It was still really slow, but it probably had just started beating!! Good Luck!

I think I was close to that point when I went for first U/S and we got to hear it.

I thought I was 5w5d at my first ultrasound (based on my O date) but I measured 6w1d and we saw a good heartbeat. It was a great surprise!

Had un u/s at 5w6d and saw two heartbeats - both babies measured 5w5d. Hope this helps!

We saw ours at 6w1d.

We saw it at 6w3d, which is pretty close.

Just had an ultrasound not even an hour ago, and they told me it's to early to see anything at 5w2d. Should I be worried?
