  • Oh I hope you are doing better than me!  I suck and haven't done it for a week.  I am doing it today though.

     How are you doing?

    It is hard the first few days...but it gets better.  I am just a tool and left the video at my mom's house which gave me the perfect excuse to not do it...I suck.

  • i have done it most days. i stopped a for a few b/c i thought i broke my entire body! i was so sore it was crazy.

    but i have been doing it in the morning in my pjs and then getting in a nice hot shower. i feel so much better when i do it.

    so far i have dropped 7lbs. but to be honest i don't look any better. i cut out a lot of snacks and tired to just put less on my plate. i am just eating too much in general i think.

    the first week i was very sore. but if you keep up with it and just skip just a few days here and there it works. it takes 20 mins and you feel a lot more energized. i do it right after i get both kids up. chase goes in the excersaucer and sophia watches cartoon in the kitchen. it goes by fast and it is hard but it is only 20 mins.. so it is not that bad.

    Try using a smaller plate. I know it sounds silly, but when I have a smaller plate, and fill it up, it's a mind over matter thing. If I use a bigger plate, but put the same amount of food, I still feel hungry.

    i was re-motivated after seeing my 3 mommy friends at a 1st b-day this weekend. all 3 are pregnant, all 5 or 6 mo along and they are not even in maternity pants... ugh. why do i have skinny friends... why!!!!
