I reaaallly dislike this weather (short vent)

So, I went downstairs to do my cloth diaper laundry...I turn on the water and NOTHING comes out.  Our laundry pipes are frozen... Why? because it's      -22 with a windchill of -30.  HOW ridiculous!

Where in the heck are you that it's so cold!?  Holy cow, I definitely couldn't do it!  I like to be warm!
