BD (sex) question

So, does O make anyone else cramp up?

It's getting on my nerves and DH and I are not even BDing.  I'm having BD dreams, and I O, and apparently I O in real life b/c it wakes me up b/c I cramp.

Then later in the day, I notice a tiny tiny streak of tanish spotting. 

This happen to anyone else?  Normally, I'd welcome these dreams, but I don't like them right now b/c they make me hurt!

Yes that's common.  I still enjoy Oing but I do feel an uncomfortable cramp afterwards - it's not painful though and I don't spot.  I wouldn't worry about it unless it's actually painful.

Ya I notice the same thing. I spotted once after sex and was told this is normal too.

I will third this! Totally normal. I asked after my first pregnant O b/c I had major cramps for like 30 min and spotted a little. Totally normal!
