I just got home from my shower, and all I can say is, "all's well that ends well..." But seriously, What a mess this morning!

I know what I'm complaining about sounds like I'm a spoiled brat, but ... sorry guess I sorta am...
Got to the hall, walked in and the room looked SO cute. Totally baby shower.. Yeah, that's not our room. We're in "this room". Not set up cutsie.. red napkins (other one was pink & blue). Room was totally dirty. Carpet no vaccumed from the night before's wedding. I'm sorry, but I'm NOT a buffet person. Totally a buffet... My mom had told be before it wasn't. So when I asked about it, she was like, "I dunno..." she's just THE MOST passive person ever and didn't even say anything to the people at the hall. So I had to b!tch about it. Come on, you PAID for family style.. WTF? My dad (bless his heart) is a little old lebanese man who hardly speaks english and can not see with out his glasses.. But INSISTED on helping set up. Kept messing up everything my husband was doing.. Just headache after headache.... They ended up doing Hor durve(sp) as buffet and family style the rest Which was Totally fine.. But oh man... Oh and not to mention the cake didn't show up till... I dunno almost 1145 and the shower started at 1130! I got there and was super great... But just one more thing my mom was all "whatever" about and it TOTALLY bothered me.
