This is embarassing

I have a horrible "stomach ache". DH told me to try and use the bathroom. I keep trying and can not seem to go, which is unusual for me. Now I'm wondering if its contractions. I am sure I am just being paranoid since I'm full term now. How can I tell the difference between gas, early labor and constipation? I know when you're in labor you will just know, but they said early labor can feel like you have to pass gas.

Take a Gas-x and then you will know if it's more than gas pains.
