Thank you and Christmas Cards

Would it be bad etiquitte to send the thank you notes inside our Christmas Cards?

Hmmm, probably would be bad etiquette. We're doing combination birth announcements/Christmas cards, but I think Thank you's should probably be separate. Then again, I'm certainly not an expert on etiquette, and I know I wouldn't care if someone sent me a thank you in a Christmas card.

I'm struggling with the same thing, and decided to just send ty and xmas separate because people are so judgemental...

You know, I thought about it some more. I think it would probably be ok, since everyone should know you're preparing for LO and don't have tons of time. I might do combination cards for people you're close to, then separate ones if you think there's any chance someone might be judgmental about it.

I think together is fine.  If these are your friends and family members I don't see why they would care. I wouldn't, in fact, I would think it was a smart move saving on postage.

I thought about it.  I'm doing mine separate.  It just seems a little cheap to me to send them both in the same envelope.

We arent doing christmas cards this year either... I did a bizzilion okay about 50 thank you cards and we'll do birth announcements and I just cant bring myself to do christmas cards too!!

I think they should be kept separate. I sent TY cards, am sending Christmas cards and will be sending birth announcements.
