cankersore's (sp)

Although (thank goodness) I've never had coldsore's... I use to get cankersore's all the time. Anytime I had orange juice. Dr said I was probably allergic to citrus... But since being prego, I LOVE oj. And haven't had one cankersore.... Today I have a HUGE pain on the back/underside of my tongue. Can't see if to tell if it's like an inflamed taste bud or sore. 

Anyone else get cankersore's? And or use to but not since pregnant (or vise versa)

I used to get them any time I would have any fruit or juice. I don't get them anymore. I did in early pregnancy, so I think I just became used to the acids in the fruits and juices.
