Ouch! I only sneezed!

I just sneezed so hard my body crunched together and it felt like I had just did a giant push to get the baby out. It even hurt my freaking cervix! My kid needs a helmet.

Now I'm having BH's... stupid sneeze. Anyone else sneezed and this happened?

It's been a while since I could sneeze without discomfort. I either sneeze and BH, or I sneeze and nearly pee myself...or both.

When I sneeze, I get sharp pains at the bottom of my ute.  It sucks. I hate sneezing right now.
