do you have to move furniture around for the christmas tree?

We do and it a major hassle  because of the way our living room is set up.  And I have to put one of the chairs in our bedroom.

Not at all because we have a huge empty spot in our family room because I don't know what to do with it.

This exactly!  I LOVE Christmas because I can finally feel like our entire house is actually furnished!  But growing up, yes, we re-arranged furniture and funny enough, a chair always ended up in my parents bedroom!

Yes, but it's not too bad.  We just move an end table into the entry way, where there isn't any furniture.

No, I just put it up in our foryer that I've yet to buy a foryer table for....we've lived here TWO years and the space is still bare.  But, it's come in handy since that's where the Christmas tree goes, and I usually end up setting up a table there when we have parties here.

No we have a spot next to the fire place that we put the tree every year.  We do sometimes have dd's table there but that gets moved between outside and inside.

Yes. We have to move one of the end tables to the other couch (love seat) and the move the bigger couch down some (so it's not centered between the two windows). That's it though.

No because we are putting it in our dining room area which is pretty bare except for a small bookshelf and our cat tower. Our dining table is in the kitchen area. Now if we put it in the living room, the couches and coffee table would have to be rearranged.

DD has a little table with 2 chairs in one corner of the family room. That gets moved to a coffee table position so the tree can fit in the corner. We don't have a coffee table at all during the rest of the year.
