Shall I cut my hair?

Appt is today.  It's annoying me, it's always getting pulled/in the way with the kids and I just want to chop it. And it's coming out in clumps in the shower, which sucks, and will be easier if it's shoulder length. But my sis about had a heart attack when I said I was cutting it, she wants it long for her wedding in April! Stick out tongue  Here's me at TG.

    I really think the current length is cute!  Do you have naturally curly hair?  The reason I ask is that so do I and every time I go shorter with my hair, I think it will be lower maintanance, yet I then end up straightening it every day and it is a bigger PITA.  What about taking up the length a bit and adding a few layers?

    Yes, it's naturally curly. ANd i know, when it's shorter, it bounces up more and sometimes I'm not as happy with it.  But dang, it's such a PITA being so long, it takes so much longer to "do".
