Not a fan of Peyten for a girl. All the other names are nice.

I'm not a fan of Payten (or any variation of) for a girl but I love your other names!
If I had to choose, I would vote for Hannah Elizabeth and Gavin Michael.

I would go Elizabeth Hannah
and Nathaniel Michael.
I like these 2 best, and I think they go nicely with your DD's name.

I would probably say Gavin for the boy name between those two.
Hannah Elizabeth by default because the spelling of Peyton is just awful. Sorry.
I like both of your boys' names, with the exception of Blair.
And just an fyi...Peyton is the traditional spelling for a boy. I've seen it spelled Payton for a girl, but still prefer Peyton for either sex (it's my oldest son's middle name).
Hannah Elizabeth. Classic and pretty. Peyton is too trendy and the spelling you have...is just wrong.
Nathaniel Michael? I dont like Gavin but I really dont like Blair on a boy. At all.
Nathaniel is really nice though!
