Help! How to get rid of vomit smell from car? Ideas?

My son puked in the car on Saturday, and it still stinks. We washed his cover, shampooed the carpets, used lysol, etc....it stills smells...any ideas? I am desperate!

Nature's Miracle.  It will take a while for it to absorb the odor in fabrics/carpets but it works.

This.  I use vinegar and water.  about a 1:3 ratio V to H20

Thanks girls. I am willing to try anything. I cant stand the lysol scented puke...LOL.
