anyone have trouble with Leapfrog.com?

I never received an e-mail stating my order placed on 11/26 had shipped. Called customer service. At first, he said there was no record of my order! I told him I had a confirmation e-mail. After several quiet minutes, he told me it had indeed shipped, but couldn't tell me when. He later informed me it shipped on Sunday. I'm just worried that I won't receive the items and will have to re-buy them.

Sounds fishy.  I would call again and talk with someone else.
