We have been to a couple of birthday party there. DD has fun. The cafe looks like fun. They could "borrow" a doll for the birthday party if they didn't have one. DD loved it.
LOVE it! Seriously, it's one of the girliest things I've ever done!
And Cam was *just* three (or maybe not even three) when she went and she loved it as well.
They give little hook-on highchairs for the dolls, and little tea cups. Freaking ADORABLE! You will have a blast!
But be prepared and bring about $50 with you so you can get her the Bitty Baby (if she doesn't already have one)! (I think the Bitty Baby is about that -- maybe $75 but I think it's $50 or under).
Oh great, Gina will just have turned 3. I am excited! It looks so cute.
Jodi- I am waaay too practical (read: cheap) to buy their dolls. I so much as told the reservation lady this, and she said other dolls were welcome as well

WHAT?! How did I not know this? Do you have a link?
we just went for brunch a couple of weeks ago. awesome! dd is not into their dolls yet. she got a cat (ginger, but she calls her sophia) and we bought her a Kit mini doll ... the mini dolls are only $22 and are perfect for barbie size dollhouses. they do offer a highchair for the dolls.. and a loaner doll if needed. dd said no thank you and had her new cat sit on the table. she was so stinkin' happy. they brought out our drinks and a huge platter for an appetizer (yummy)... dd had pink lemonade.. too cute. then we had 8 entrees to choose from. all really good! then dessert which was adorable and delish. our dessert had a cookie, a heart shaped piece of cake, and a little flower pot filled with chocolate mousse with a fake flower coming out of it. A-FREAKIN-DORABLE. and so good. we couldn't finish it all. She had SO much fun. She's girly... loves having her nails done and so she loved the froo froo brunch.
they also serve alcoholic drinks to parents.... we joked they wanna get the mommas drunk so they'll buy more. lol.
