Inappropriate for card pics, IYO?

So I can?t get PAC to sit down and take a cute xmas pic for the card. He sees the camera and he wants to take pics himself, so I end up getting his nostril or eyebrow.

Anyway, I thought of 2 things?I can use a picture I have of him with a finger in his nose and one in his ear and title it, ?Oh Holey Night? or something like that

Or I can use his pic with Santa?and I just KNOW he?s going to cry?and title it ?Happy Friggin Holidays?

I don?t know if they?d be appropriate (although the recipients do have great senses of humor). Or, I have to bribe one of my friends to come take pics of him (he won?t try to use their camera).

Do you have other good pics from throughout this past year?  Our card's in my sig and we used 3 pics we already had, and took the "winter" one specifically for the card...but you wouldn't necessarily have to do that if you have a semi-recent pic of him.

I agree with this.  In fact, I'm hoping ds cries while sitting on Santa's lap just so I can do the "Merry Damn Christmas" card this year.  Not really, but kinda.

How would your family react?  I think that is what you need to consider.  My grandmother wouldn't be pleased but I think they are funny.   Can you buy him a play camera and let him do your photo shoot before or after you do his?

I would find either of those hilarious, as would nearly all of my friends and pretty much my entire family (including my Grandmother). My ILs might not like it, but I dont' really care about them.

I guess it depends on your recipients, but if you're sure they would laugh, I say do it.

I think alot depends on who you are sending them too, or if people know its your kinda of humor go for it! I think it would be really funny! Or you could try to just go with a picture of him playing. some of the best pictures are of kids being natural and playing. you could set him up in front of the tree with some toys, but in the end its your christmas card that represents you and your family, and it sounds like that is him, so do a few pictures of him trying to take the picture, him with a camera and then the crazy one of him with his fingers everywhere!

I have a dear friend that always does "inappropriate" cards for christmas. Every year we can't wait to see what she will do next...it is like a tradition.  I say go for it!
