How much is TOO much? My doc said to go to the ER if it didn't clot in 30 minutes (after soaking four pads and filling the toilet). Thank goodness it did, but I'm still worried and feel...weird.

I'd be at L&D already. I'm not tyring to scare you but that's a LOT of blood - and I would want to be checked to make sure it isn't a placenta issue.

Go to the ER now. That's way too much blood. Even if it has stopped or slowed down now you need to go get checked.
