I would check your area and see if you have a Physical Therapist that specializes in lymphedema . . . . and ask your dr to write you a script for PT. The therapist will give you a special kind of massage on your feet and legs that will work wonders for the swelling. ( I use to work in a PT office that specialized in that)

Have you tried standing on your head? That's the only thing I can think would possibly help all the fluid drain.

i have no idea!!! extra fluid built up due to the IV fluids??? but it sucks!! and it really hurts.
Only did when I had epidurals in previous births. I didn't have an epi this last delivery and I had ZERO swelling. None, zip, zilch.
OP- you poooooooor thing! Chug that water!!!
But ditto others--my feet look like that now!!
