Thawing frozen BM. (Dumb question)

Maybe a dumb question, but how do you thaw out frozen BM? Do you set it in the fridge to thaw or outside of it for a bit and then back in the fridge?

We just put ours in the fridge the night before we're going to use it.

I run warm water over it.  Surprisingly it doesn't take too long to thaw that way.

We also do both. We put it in the fridge the night begore if we need it the next day. In a pinch we thaw in warm water.
