DS keeps taking his clothes off....

and wetting his bed.  He won't tell us, either.  In fact, I *just* discovered that he wet the bed at naptime right now when I went to put him in bed for the night.  He wears underwear and a pull-up to bed and is potty trained during the day.  It seems like this is a behavioral thing because it's not as if he's doing it in his sleep.  Any advice on what to do for this?

put zip up PJs on backwards?

My DD used to undress (not to pee just to be a nudie I guess!) and we had to cut the feet off all her zip-up PJ's and put them on backwards.  Zipped up the back she couldn't get out of them!
