Is the 3 year well visit a big deal?

Both girls need the H1N1 booster after 12/19. My little one needs a well visit for vaccinations, and my big girl will need her 3 year after the 18th.

Trying to decide if I should take them together, or is the 3 year visit very involved?

I am considering moving into the pedi's office

Will's wasn't a big deal.  I think he got a booster of some sort, but I honestly don't remember what it was.  (Bad mommeh, right?)  From what I hear, 4 is the bad one.

Yeah Nora's wasn't a big deal either. She didn't even get a flu shot since hers was in July, but there are no other scheduled vaccinations or anything.

No big deal. I think all they did at K's was height, weight, and they took her blood presure (haha, they tried at least) and then gave us info to because at 3 they like them to see the eye dr and dentist.

my son got 4 shots, the flu, h1n1 and two others that he missed before b/c there was a shortage or something. ugh i was nervous but he was fine. they took his blood pressure, height and weight and that's it. he was very cooperative though so it was very easy.

Ok thanks. Maybe I will take both girls, and bang out the H1N1 shots and her well visit at once. I can take the baby for her well visit the week before.

Mine is- there is a full blown lab work-up and he has to fast.  DS1's 3 year and DS2's 15 month could have been scheduled for the same day/time (which I normally try to do) but this time I'm not b/c of the blood work and I'm sure DS1 will be hungry- and in a LOVELY mood!!!!

I am doing dd's but I think they said all they are doing is heigh, weight and things like that.  She does not need any shots until 5 years old.
