I have been to a winery in North Georgia for a wedding, and it was beautiful. The name was Wolf Mountain Winery, and it was beautiful! Very romantic. I believe it was in Dahlonega.
I believe Chateau Elan has a babymoon package, but it is rather pricey and I believe requires a 2 night minimum. Callaway Gardens does as well (or atleast they did 2 years ago) and is more affordable.
This is probably more local than you would like, but many of the nice hotels downtown have babymoon packages too.
We did a long weekend in a bed and breakfast on Look Out Mountain, minutes outside of Chattanooga for our babymoon. There was a little bit of snow and it was beautiful in the winter. We went in January last year. We live in Acworth and it took us right about an hour to get there so it was very close.
