She watches my kids and is usually so good about things.  Today, though, she gave them leftover chicken cannelloni--that she made either last Monday or Tuesday night!  She can't remember for sure.  That seems like a long time in the fridge to me. I am a TOTAL freak about not keeping leftovers for more than 3 days.  Someone tell me that they're not going to get sick from it.....please!

I"m sure they would be sick by now if it went bad but I am the same as you.   3 days and it's gone.

That would gross me out.  Just try not to think about it.  If they aren't sick yet I think they are fine.
