My Ovulation Chart early m/c 09/05, early m/c 02/08,and missed m/c 04/12 at 16 weeks **I was Diagnosed with Factor V Leiden & Heterozygous Mthfr 02/08 I was put on Lovenox while pregnant with my daughter and will also be for my next pregnancy

Both my kids, ages DS 3 yrs old and DD 11 months old, have runny noses and bad coughs. My 3 yr old had a low fever last nite that broke late last nite. I got the vaporizer out and running while my DD takes a nap..should i be using a vaporizer? I was debating whether or not to take them to doctor but decided not to since i'm sure they say it just needs to run its course.
