So much for hitting physical milestones late.

Everyone told me Maren would probably hit her physical milestones late b/c she is so big.  (22 pounds at 6 months) Well, my little chunker is now able to army crawl completely across the room, she is up on all 4s rocking, and occasionally crawls backward.  I give her one to two weeks until she is full on crawling.  (Don't you think?)  She's 7 months today.  I'd hardly say she size has held her back at this point in the game.

I heard the same with E, and it didn't really hold true. He walked at 14 months, which isn't super late, and was crawling at 7.5. He has hit all other ones on time or maybe a bit early (like jumping).

Miles was the same. He was 22lbs by four months (he slowed way down after he turned one). His pedi was shocked when he was walking at 9 1/2 months. Some babies are just determined to go, and they don't let their size stop them ; )

Wow she is almost crawling! That's pretty early right? My son didn't crawl until 10 mos. So I have no clue.
