Re: What are you/have you cooked, baked or bought for your meal today?
My mom did a bulk of the shopping and I finished up last night.
So far I have made cornbread, corn bread stuffing (yum), spinach and artichoke dip and fudge-marble cupcakes.
Today I will be making the turkey, sweet potatoes, reg. potatoes, broccoli, baked rigatoni (we're Italian, pasta is a rule), and some other stuff that I am blanking on

Last night made cornbread for the stuffing (a sausage, bread, cornbread stuffing). DH and niece helped me make cut up the green peppers and onions. DH prepped fresh strawberries and helped me make the cheesecake. Today after the RE appointment/ultrasound we will come home, make the stuffing, prep and cook the turkey. Peel and mash the taters, make green bean casserole. Heat up the rolls, make the gravy, open the cranberries and I think that will do it! Oh, and bake the frozen Mrs. Smith Pumpkin pie. I normally make a pumpkin pie but DH REALLY wanted the Mrs. Smith, his granny passed this year and she always would buy a Mrs. Smith Pumpkin Pie so he wanted one for nostalgia
