Do you just reheat them in the morning? I thought about doing mine tonight but I thought that they would just taste like microwaved leftover mashed potatoes? Got a trick?
Dude, how do you cook them the night before? Just reheat tomorrow? I feel bad for making 2 huge dishes of homemade mac&cheese the night before, but if it's congealed tomorrow it's just gonna have to stay that way! I can't be cooking tomorrow and taking care of kids by myself!
