Could someone edit a picture for me?

I want to use the pic of DS that is in my siggy for our birth announcements.  I think the background is too busy though and would like to be able to make the picture black and white or sepia but have DS in color.  I don't have photoshop or anything similar - would someone be able to help me out?  I can email the pic to you.
